What They Wanted:

After going through an entire business rebrand, NYC-based skincare brand Erno Laszlo wanted to create regular and dynamic on-brand newsletters with a luxury feel, to highlight a particular angle and products per email, i.e. Winter Skin. The purpose of each email was to bring greater attention to the brand's mission to fuse skin and mind.


What We Did:

Highlight product benefits that can be used in the practices of self-care and mindfulness, while sharing those mindful practices themselves. Rather than simply focussing on the visual benefits of using Erno Laszlo products in each email, the focus was on how each product would make the consumer feel, inside and out.
