What They Wanted:

An always-on marketing strategy that encompasses the core themes of the brand - its vegan and cruelty-free formulas and wellness, self-care angle; with an ambition to build awareness, nurture a community and drive more sales.


What We Did:

Integrate hyper-personalised email automations and a consistent social media strategy consisting of: timely and strategic promotional moments, a strong community management strategy, well-thought out partnerships and an NPD launch calendar. We also kept to a consistent theme of holistic and mindful content, to build Smart Skin as a lifestyle brand.
